Out of the thousands of recipes I've enjoyed over the years, some really seem to stick. (Some in my mind, others to my ribs!)
Among our all-time favorites there are those that simply beg to be shared, so perhaps you'll enjoy them too.
If you see a recipe posted here it's because we not only make it, we LOVE it- I'm not about to spend all this time typing up a recipe just to try to impress you with volume.

For the most part I'm a "toss it in  now, taste it later" sort of cook; to me re-creating a recipe exactly as it's shown is about as exciting as watching the grass grow on an Astro-Turf farm. However, baked goods always require exact measurements, as do just a handful of the other recipes offered here. Unless otherwise noted, always feel comfortable with the idea of adding/omitting personal favorite ingredients to these recipes, as well as altering quantities to taste.  If something has to really be followed closely in order to make it work, I'll be sure to probably forget to tell you- use your own judgement.
